For these reasons, we feel honored to represent their products and we pledge to uphold their polices regarding repairs and warranty issues on respective products. Listed below are the specific warranty and repair polices of our featured suppliers and direct contact information for each vendor.

THE SAGE LIFETIME WARRANTY
Every new Sage rod, blank, 3000 & 2500 series reel is covered by our lifetime, original owner warranty. All repairs will be charged a $ 40 USD handling and processing fee.

This warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod, blank or reel and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, modification or customization of the finished rod, or damage during the assembly of a blank into a finished rod. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

THE SCOTT UNCONDITIONAL LIFETIME WARRANTY
Scott unconditionally guarantees every fly rod and blank we craft. That’s right, no mater what happens to the rod well fix it. If for some reason we can’t repair it, we’ll figure out a replacement strategy with our customer that tries to keep everyone happy.

The unconditional Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original owner and must be registered within 30 days of purchase. Unregistered or resold rods are not covered by this warranty. This warranty can be activated by filling out the warranty card and mailing it to us.

THE REDINGTON LIFETIME WARRANTY
Every new Redington rod purchased through an authorized retailer, with the exception of the Crosswater Series, is covered by our lifetime, original owner warranty.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the rod only, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear, fire, theft, loss, or intentional damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Every new Redington reel, with the exception of the SV, Red.Fly, and Crosswater reels, is covered by our lifetime, original owner warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

THE ORVIS 100 PERCENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Refund on any purchase that is not 100 percent satisfactory.

THE ROSS REEL UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE
Ross Reels are unconditionally guaranteed against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the reel.

THE BAUER LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Bauer warrants against any defects in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser from an authorized Bauer dealer. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the reel at our option and does not cover consequential or incidental damages.

THE WATERWORKS LAMSON WARRANTY

THE TIBOR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
All Tibor Billy Pate Reels carry a limited lifetime warranty covering all parts and workmanship under normal use and conditions. This warranty provides that Tibor Billy Pate Reels will be repaired and serviced at no charge. The warranty covers the necessary replacement of any part due to wear or defect. Damage caused by accident, misuse or anything outside the realm of normal use is not covered under this warranty. Warranty is valid for original owner only and is not transferable. For repairs not covered by the warranty, a quotation will be forwarded for approval before repairs proceed.

All reels sent in for service should include $20 for return shipping and insurance. Please remove all line and backing before returning your reel for service or repair.

THE SIMMS WADER WARRANTY
Workmanship & Materials are Guaranteed for the Life of the Product. If a Simms wader fails due to workmanship or material defect during the life of the product, please return it to us for repair or replacement. All defective or damaged waders should be returned to Simms for evaluation and will be repaired, replaced or returned at the sole discretion of Simms Fishing Products. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.

THE FISHPOND GUARANTEE
At Fishpond, our goal is to build a reputation for unequaled product quality among the anglers who use our products. Our soft goods are covered by a lifetime warranty. If one of our soft goods fails during normal use due to a defect in materials or workmanship, return it to us (do not exchange), and we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it free-of-charge. This warranty does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, mishandling or alteration. Fishpond hard goods are covered by a limited one-year warranty.

THE CHOTA EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Once a product has been used it cannot be returned! Chota Outdoor Gear hopes that you will not have a need to return your products to us. However, we know that life happens.

When returning any product to Chota Outdoor Gear for any reason you must first obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) from Chota customer service. The RA# will be your tracking number. Any products returned to Chota without an RA# will be returned to sender. Exchanges will be made for size(s) if the product is unused and in the original packaging with all tags still attached. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns.

THE FILSON GUARANTEE
Filson guarantees its products will perform to your satisfaction. Complete warranty registration information to register your purchase.
