Returns & Exchanges


Items in new condition with original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Once your returned merchandise has been received, we will e-mail you a confirmation and will promptly process your exchange or refund. If you have questions regarding your purchase, please contact us via telephone or e-mail and we will be happy to address your concerns.


If you would like to exchange any item, please fill out the enclosed exchange form and use the attached return label for shipping. Defective merchandise is subject to manufacturers’ warranty policies. Please read our guarantee below.

Our policy is to uphold the manufacturers’ guarantee and we pledge to resolve any warranty matters in a fair and timely manner. On occasion, an item may be out of stock, or may be on backorder from the manufacturer. In this case, we will promptly contact you via e-mail to inform you of any potential delay and the approximate ship date. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will proceed with processing the remainder of your order and ship the backordered item(s) upon availability. Backordered items may be cancelled at any time.
